Brodie Beach Bungalow is brand new, coastal studio bungalow, located in arguably the most sort after street on the Coffs Coast. Situated perfectly between the jetty and Park Beach, which all leads you to the Coffs Creek, beautiful beaches, an array of restaurants, hotels, wine bars, walking tracks and tourist attractions. Coffs Creek is your backyard, perfect for a refreshing swim, stand up paddle or canoeing! FREE parking with plenty of space for caravans, trailers or boats.

The space

A relaxed coastal retreat, with a queen bed, bathroom, lounge area with a sofa for the third guest. Large, brand new Kitchen with all the essential utensils, even a BBQ on the deck! TV, Netflix & wifi also included. Walk out onto your own private deck & take in the stunning outlook over the pool

Guest access

Being our guest we offer you exclusively 1/2 price surf lessons with ex world tour surfer Lee Winkler’s Surf School (conditions apply) and FREE HIRE BOARDS while you enjoy your stay with us!!
You have your own private separate access & access to the pool. Not to mention you are a stone throw away from everything the Coffs Coast has to offer from the Jetty to park beach and more. Airport is a 5 min direct drive with flights directly to Syd, Mel, Bris

Interaction with guests

We have lived here all our lives & can provide you with all the tips & local knowledge you will need to make the absolute most of your time here. You will have your own space, but we will always be here for anything you may need!

We asks guests to respect our place and treat it like your own. We are onsite in a separate main house.

  • Lovely, modern bungalow

    We spent two nights in Sharni and Lee's lovely bungalow, which is brand new, and they have thought of everything you will need. It's modern, private, clean, with a great beach / surf vibe incorporated into the decoration. Its an easy walk to beaches and the jetty where you can buy great seafood from the fishermen's cooperative. There is an outdoor terrace with sunloungers, BBQ and comfy chairs and if you are missing your own pets their young Staffie loves a scratch through the railings. The 'icing on the cake' was a private surf lesson with world class surfer Lee at 'mates rates'.

    Sharni had the very new Bungalow ready for us on short notice and was friendly and helpful. The space was clean, private, tastefully decorated and perfect for a couple. Great kitchen facilities for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable, but may be difficult for older guests to hop in and out of as it is in a semi enclosed nook. Sharni has done a great job of the bungalow and we would certainly stay here again. Thank you for the warm welcome.

    Sharni was a great host - very friendly and took the time to suggest dinner options which were excellent. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, private and well decorated having everything we needed. We had a great nights sleep in the cosy bed and woke refreshed to continue heading north. Highly recommended.

    Sharni's place was perfect. So clean and tidy. Felt like our own little beach house, perfect for couples who want a quiet peaceful getaway, yet be so close to the beach and shops etc. highly recommend Sharni's place, and would love to stay there again 🙂

    Great place to spend a night when heading up the coast. Close to the jetty restaurants so easy to grab something to eat before heading off the next morning. Sharni is very friendly and accommodating and the place is comfortable and very clean.

    The apartment is very well located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and as advertised. Sharni was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy place in Coffs Harbour.
